4. Contact Form and Email
4.1. Your details, including personal data, from our contact form or email will be sent to us via our own mail server to process your request, processed and stored by us. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. We cannot process your inquiries without this data.
4.2. Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) (a) (consent) GDPR.
5. Web analysis with Matomo.
5.1. This website uses the open source web analysis tool Matomo. Since Matomo is installed on its own server, all data is internal and for personal use, this information is not passed on to third parties.
The information (data) we receive is used to maintain and update this website, to get reports on the number of visitors and how visitors use the website, to customize our website as much as possible for our users.
5.2. Your IP address is recorded, but to protect your privacy, the IP address is also anonymized and shortened. For example, an IP address of 82.100.197.197 becomes 82.100.0.0, making tracking at the individual level technically impossible.
5.3. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses/an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
